At ProformaCo, we pride ourselves as being very efficient and responsive to the business owner's needs. We fully understand the complex nature of most businesses, and stand ready to create a valuation that meets your budget and timeline. Most valuations can be done within two to five weeks depending on the complexity of the ownership, the purpose of the valuation, the size and locations of the company, and the timeliness of delivery of requested documents. These variables aside, as a business owner, you will be assured that your interests are confidential and managed in the most professional manner.  In our years of experience, we have encountered many difficult situations and have handled them as efficiently as possible. We produce three levels of valuation:  1) the Detailed Valuation which is the most comprehensive of the reports and is usually around 100 pages;  2) a Summary Valuation has the same due diligence and conclusion of value as the Detailed Valuation but has an abridged text section and is about 60 to 65 pages; and   3) the Calculation Report in which the scope of the valuation is abridged considerably and results in a calculated value that may be different from that of a Detailed Valuation and that difference could be significant.  It is typically about 50 pages long.
